BIOGRAPHY:
I
was born in 1971 in New Jersey, additionally I've lived in
Kansas, New York, Louisiana, Michigan and Mississippi.
I am an Associate Professor of Art at Millsaps College in Jackson,
Mississippi. At Millsaps, I teach printmaking, painting, drawing,
book arts, senior seminar and various special topics courses;
I also serve as the Lewis Art Gallery Director. I
was the 2007 conference -wide Exchange Portfolio Coordinator
for the Southern Graphics Council Conference in Kansas City.
I am the new Southern Graphic Council's archivist, maintaining
the SGC permanent collection. In 2006, I taught a book arts
workshop at the Arrowmont School of Arts & Crafts, and in 2007,
I will
teach a print and book arts workshop at the Southwest School
of Art & Craft. I have enjoyed exhibiting my work in eight
solo shows and in over 15 national or international juried
exhibitions. My work can be viewed in
permanent collections
throughout
the
country incluidng the Center for Book Arts in New York and
the
Racine Art Museum in Racine, Wisconsin.
