Chemistry 4910 Class Activities
A weekly schedule is found on the Course Web Page.


I. Class Attendance is EXPECTED (class grade will be reduced for excessive absences)


II. Class Presentations using PowerPoint are required and will be specified
for each student. [See WEEKLY SCHEDULE on the Course Web Page] 

One will be a professional school survey - 15 min each

One will be on chemical research topic [in conjunction with the required paper]: 

(1) Each must last 45 minutes with 5 minutes left for questions. 

(2) Each presentation MUST be copied to the appropriate Space on X:
Drive (Gonzo) - available from OH105.    

(3) A Storyboard [OUTLINE] for each MUST be submitted to
the course instructor NO LATER THAN 2 Weeks Prior to the Presentation
Date.   Each Student is responsible to meet this deadline and points
WILL BE  DEDUCTED for failing to do so.

(4) Each Student is responsible to assure her/his presentation
runs/displays correctly in OH120.

(5) The presentations must be professional and will be evaluated by
peers and the course  instructor. 


III. Guest Lecturers will make Chemical Information  presentations.  Students 
are EXPECTED to be present and are responsible  for ALL material covered 
in these sessions.


IV. A Reflective Paper [Core Requirement] is required.  See the Course
Syllabus for more Information.
